To sign up for our Service, you need to fill in the form on Sign Up link, and one of our customer success managers will reach out to you to discuss your needs and goals. After that we will set up an account for you with us, and will take on the exiting journey of bringing more success to your business with performance ads.

Our ad campaign management works on a prefund model basis. This means that after agreeing on your budgets we will invoice you advance payment which can be paid via wire transfer from your business bank account. We aim to introduce alternative pre-funding methods in coming months such as fund-by-card although we will inform you of that as soon as we are live.

We support all types of ad sizes that are used. For more information please see Ad Formats page or contact our support team.

We strive to support a healthy digital advertising ecosystem — trustworthy and transparent, which works advertisers, and general audience who views the ads.

We have implemented policies that are designed to ensure a safe and positive experience for our customers and ad viewers and abide by applicable laws. This means that our policies prohibit content that is harmful to the overall advertising ecosystem.

Our advertising policies are included in our Terms of Service and cover areas such as Prohibited content and Prohibited practices. For more information please read our Terms of Service.

Unless we have specifically agreed upon, all campaigns are prefunded and budgeted within your campaign. Thus, we do not provide any refunds. In the unlikely event that you believe your campaign ads have not been shown or have been subject to fraudulent clicks, please contact our support team immediately, and we will look to find a suitable solution.

Generally, we publish and manage your campaigns on most popular advertising channels such as Google (including its subsidiary YouTube), Meta (Facebook), X.com (Twitter) but we may as well make larger advertising sales through different Ad Networks. All of traffic channels will be communicated with you prior launching your respective campaigns.

We haven’t yet published APIs to our Service but we aim to provide integrations with most popular tools applicable to small and medium sized business in relation to ad management and productivity. As a customer, you will be informed of any new additions to our product list.

Usually, we deal with brands and legal entities. This is because of many reasons among them being scale and budgeting as well as multitude of teams and people necessary to be involved.

Although if you are a brand as a private individual (well known sports person, artist, or similar) we can evaluate exception. In any other cases we prefer dealing with companies and their respective teams.
